surely the master plan will show up on the web soon.
then we'll see if this pedestrian talk is real or if it's just lip service.
in the article, maggie bohn seems to declare the master plan irrelevant even before it goes into implementation. tough break. the "vision" of the plan seems to reflect a domino effect of the GR master plan, which unlike this one was developed for realistic implementation.
oh, the vagaries of suburban politics.
