I hope that it's either renovated or torn down because it looks horrible!

I hope that the new city hall building will have space there to relocate all offices and employees and services thus allowing this space to be put to better use.

The location is one of my favorite spots because once you turn the corner coming off the ramp into downtown, it demands attention and should make a statement saying" you have arrived" into downtown Norfolk!

A skyscraper at this site will really knock the socks off of newcomers into the city because it will dominate the skyline heading west toward downtown but more importantly, it will fill in that large gap between the proposed courts complex and the downtown plaza!

I think that a major development on the site of the Schools building would be a boon for downtown Norfolk!

The schools side is OK on the inside and has a cool view from the forum.  However, the courts side is dismal and bleak.  Norfolk would be smart to tear this down and have something else go in its place.
