Anyone know of the hold up on the Walnut Hill development. They seem to be waiting on the brick to magically apply itself.

One of our clients at the salon has a project that is about to start pre sales. The building design and floor plans are very refreshing. They are opening a sales center near the boone oakley buidling soon.

The project is called Celadon

I hope so, but from what I've heard from the homeowners, it doesn't appear to be in the works which I found disappointing.

Probably, it has died and been resurrected a couple of times.

If it's looking at the greenway then yeah that's it. James brought all the plans in and it looked fantastic.  They all come with a garage and some with a garage and carport. The floorplans are very open and well designed, great detail in all rooms. The kitchens and bathrooms are a lot better than 90% of all the other things I've seen around. 900-2000ish square feet on the units priced from mid 2's to mid 4's. 24 Units total I believe.

celadongreenway.com I believe is the site, should be up in a few days.

Hmmm...I found this site online....this is James Funderburk's new project though it has a different name thatn Caledon....I wonder which is more current.

http://www.knoll24.com/

Regardless, I like the project...this is super contemporary.

Cool project, I like the look.  I looked up "celadon" on dictionary.com...pale green?  I guess that is a reference to it being a green project.  I think Knoll 24 is a nicer name, but really like the way this looks.

Celadon is also a type of sage greenish Korean pottery.

I drove by Walnut Hill yesterday, with the brick going up these are shaping up nicely.  The views from a number of them will be fantastic.

Is anything interesting happening on the recently cleared parcel on Thrift Rd and the Stewart Creek greenway?  It's a fairly large site though I suspect that much of it might be in the floodplain.

Does anyone know prices on these units yet?  They look fairly expensive, but I am definitely diggin' the modern feel to the overall design - this is very similar to Knoll 24 as well.  Also, is this the only phase for Celadon, or are there plans for future phases?

This is the whole site and the same site as Knoll 24 -- I think they just changed the name.  I do wonder how expensive they'll be, I don't see anything on the site about pricing.

I am curious about the exact numbers on pricing as well.  But, I did get an email from my realtor on this saying "With square footages ranging from approx 930 to 2045 heated square feet and priced from low to mid $200s per square foot"  They come standard with some pretty high-end materials, so it seems like they are a good deal compared with some of the other condo projects in the area.

Your prices seem to be spot on cltgirl; according to the Observer article prices range from about $215-$275/sq.ft.

I got an e-mail today about Cannon Village on the old Jesus Saves Temple in Wesley Heights.  I have never heard of this and it doesn't look like it is in this thread, unless it is somehwere else.  Does anyone know where this is or what kind of development it is.  Thanks.
