I was wondering after seeing all these pics of this amazing city that how much is the average house worth? Is there a slum? I look at many of these pics and see luxury cars and some middle class cars. I also wonder what the housing looks like as in what kind of designs there are, is there many unique kinds of home designs like LA?

many designs, many different houses, ranging from apts to villas and a palaces.
however, all these new project are very expensive , a small 2 bedroom, averages out at around 1 million dollars, + 30K annual fees in maintenance and other facilities
