Yeah, they seem to be doing a great job of working around the clock. I've seen construction going on near midnight on weeknights and at 2am on Saturday nights.

EDIT: I was out last night and saw construction taking place at 2am-- on a Sunday night!

Yeah this project definitely rocks, it may in fact be my favorite u/c project in all of Florida right now.

I was at DMAC this weekend, and you can't help but be impressed by the size and scope of this project.

It's really going to change the feel of downtown.

The plan is to raise the north and south tower within the next week and half to two weeks.  The residential tower will be starting with no delay between time of completion on the parking deck.

I haven't heard anything since it first showed up on the DDB site.  That said "Marketplace at Suntrust" would start 2n quarter 05.  Who updates that stuff anyway?

It's a shame that 'Lettuce Entertain You' doesn't do a downtown food court. Anyone familiar with 'Food Life' in Watertower Place in Chicago?

Yes, it's also nearly identical to Marche in Boston's Prudential Building, which, oddly enough, is not under the same ownership as Food Life.

I was out on Church Street last night and noticed that the office space where the new food court is supposed to go into (I think it was a former bank office) looks like it recently started its interior demolition. Maybe someone else can confirm this.
