Man this forum has been D-E-A-D dead.  With that out of the way, wow!  What a difference two weeks makes!  The Plaza Tower has half a roof, the Alliance Center is almost completely framed, the CC Trust Company gained another floor, the FSU paking garage looks done, and all that is just downtown.  Not to mention we should have the Aloft ground breaking within the next few months to look forward to as well.  It just seems funny to me that with activity at an all time high, forum traffic is so low.  Oh well.  Go Tallahassee!

Its been a very busy time for me with school being back, but also I haven't had time to get pictures.

THE ROOF THE ROOF IS COMPLETE...... not shingled etc. but now covers the entire top!!!!

Looks like some of the green roofing is going on.  This should be a striking addition to our skyline indeed with a roof like that!

Plaza Tower looks good from a lot different parts in town such as FSU campus (Doak), Parkway, and Mahan.  The green roofing should look great and they experts say it saves on a lot of money and energy.
