Jeez, I thought my second post would be more meaningful than just a flat cut and dry, "I concur".

If you read into the Cultural Design Proposals for the two sites there is mention of a African American Cultural Consortium.

That would really begin to shape that district near the civic center and Bti center as the Art's district.

I noticed the same thing. Folks are out and about I guess.

Most of our forumers are adults, as opposed to some other sites, and they usually have things to do on the weekends.   With that said, we average between 750-1000 posts over a typical Saturday & Sunday.

Hmm, now that you metion it, UrbanPlanet seems to be most active between, oh, 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays, when adults are supposed to be hard at work.
