plus, Beach St. has been improved $$$ so much, coupled with the Seaside Music THeatre and News Journal Center, it would be a waste it it stagnated somehow.

Boca Developers announced their intention to open the sales center for Phase II (Towers 3 and 4) of Marina Grande in a few months. Phase I (Towers 1 & 2) are 80% sold. not bad.

Yet, it seems like no one can get a highrise up on the beach, apart from the boardwalk project, and down in Daytona Beach Shores.

they took construction photos off the revised website.
I was there a few weeks ago to see LSO, but I didn't have my camera... that was the last time I was there.
