plus, Beach St. has been improved $$$ so much, coupled with the Seaside Music THeatre and News Journal Center, it would be a waste it it stagnated somehow.

Boca Developers announced their intention to open the sales center for Phase II (Towers 3 and 4) of Marina Grande in a few months.  Phase I (Towers 1 & 2) are 80% sold.  not bad.

Yet, it seems like no one can get a highrise up on the beach, apart from the boardwalk project, and down in Daytona Beach Shores.

Anyone have an update on the Boardwalk project?  How's the new Ocean Center expansion looking?

it's looking friggin awesome.... well, at least the upright pylons are.

they took construction photos off the revised website.

I was there a few weeks ago to see LSO, but I didn't have my camera...  that was the last time I was there.
