At Stuart and Clarendon diagonally across from the Hancock Tower. I believe this rendering has been slightly altered in the final plan though.

I can't believe no one has mentioned any news in almost two years.
Well....it's underway. The existing buildings on the site are demolished, and they are doing foundation work. There are a couple of pics below, but its tough to see in them that they have started laying rebar (and I believe started pouring concreted) for the foundation.

Oh my Maude, I don't believe it. They were talking about this back in the mid 90s when I was living across the street in the YWCA Building. I really liked that post office though, oh well.
