[darwinism]

I was just in St. Charles and St. Louis a few days ago. I must praise the people of Metropolitan St. Louis for a wonderful job in a lovely downtown. My family and I walked from the Gateway Arch along the waterfront street, as well as a few blocks near the historic courthouse building. I did not see any bums or panhandlers. That is certainly a relief and a testament to the city.
