This is really great for New Orleans, and maybe more facilities could be built in other areas of the state.
But this is certainly a step in the right direction for N.O.

You know what, I really dont remember seeing much news about that project after it was originaly announced. I guess the news shifted when New Orleans started getting all the facilities/projects announced.
