It really breaks my heart to see such a beautiful surface parking lot being replaced by progress.

When I see this rendering, it is just a stunning structure for the Warehouse District. I really can't wait to see this building completed. I know some cities jump up and down with flashy mirror buildings, but, give me something like this, in New Orleans and I am thrilled.
