Somehow in Rhode Island the end all became condo construction rather than rental apartment living. New construction in mid sizes cities such as Hartford, Norfolk and Virginia Beach had private development such as the 903, Weston, etc. These investments were constructed without consideration as condo's just as the 903 was originally. The Cove also should have been constructed just as apartments, as originally intended, rather than change their format to condo's. I hope Paolino takes a loss because his lack of insight and ownership, other than moving the rivers, has affected down city in numerous ways. Downtown condo's are a detriment to that young professional that chooses to live in the down city urban environment and does not have that necessary down payment for purchase. The Foundry seems to have a high rate of occupancy with little, if any, down city competition
