Hard to tell due to the sun angle, but the Bergamo building has the same paint colors on both the Piazza and Main Street sides:

So, after the South Tower's level two is poured, it's going to take a 4 month break and let the North Tower stand in the spotlight. Cool!

:thumbsup: New updated website: http://www.onegreenville.com/index.php Phase I office is 95% leased and Phase II office is almost spoken for as well with only three 20,000sf floor plates remaining.

I am also proud to announce that Anthropologie will now be 9,500 square feet instead of the original 6,400 square feet. Regarding the rest of the spaces here: http://www.onegreenv...m/retailers.php

CertusBank will be 6,974 square feet.
Retail #1 will be 9,600 square feet.
Retail #3 will be 3,150 square feet.
Retail #4 will be 2,090 square feet.
Retail #5 will be 8,788 square feet on the first floor with 4,248 square feet on the second floor.

Looks like the future phase with the parking garage shows additional retail (hinted at by the artist rendering of Laurens street) and even an additional unknown building facing Washington st.

Those numbers sound great! As of right now, as far as we know, the law firm is the only tenant to be vacating other office space downtown, correct?

Not sure why they aren't releasing additional retail tenant names.  One national retailer in addition to Anthropologie has officially leased and Greenville is already listed on that retailer's website as "future store opening".  Nice to see Anthropologie at the 9k plus size.  Their average size is 7,400.  Good to see this is no mini store as some had suggested it might be.  Above average sized Antropologie....one of the largest Apple stores in the Southeast......good to see retailers strong belief in Greenville.
