Gorgeous pictures, I obviously have been missing out over here. Looks like I need to start checking here more often.

WOW This is just SO AMAZING!!! I always thought of Europe as rolling green hills with nothing but churches... Guess I was a little ignorant! I am from Seattle and to me it looks like you were taking pictures of home! I LOVE IT!!! I would like to see some urban photos if possible... but you are a GREAT photographer! Keep up the good work!

^ Well Norway isn't that hilly like the Europe you think it is, Norway isn't that similar to Europe anyway, though you find many mountain ranges in the Alpes etc.
Btw, since last time there has been a change, from getting colder to getting hotter!
Photos taken, 1st of June.

In love!

Beautiful area. Is the water cold? I notice there are no pleasure boaters in the water. Do they use this bay for that purpose?

The water/fjord isn't very hot yet, but it goes up to 20c in july/august. There are usually boast on the sea, especially days like today when its 30c, even cold water don't scare people away then.
Some pics taken yesterday in Åfjord and Stokkøya.
Across the woods from Skaudalen to Åfjord.

A little panorama from inner Åfjord, about 10km from the town of Åfjord.

Some nice mountains surrounding the road and the lake!

Tiny roads between Ravsnes and Harbakk.

Harbakk, a little village on the end of the world bordering the Atlantic.

Difficult to see, but down that dark spot there is an 40m high entrance to one of the biggest caves in Trøndelag. You can
walk some 300m in there in one main hall, but the cave divides into two, the north tunnel ends after 250m, whilst the south
tunnel goes far, you can walk 300m inthere, but then its a hard part of climbing if you are planning to explore the whole
complex,

A closer look.

About 2km of walk and climbing up to the cave.

Finally, the entrance, and its Huge!

Nice view!

Fog on the Atlantic/Norwegian Sea.

Going from Harbakk to Syd Skjær.

View north towards the Roan peninsula.

Stokkøybrua, 550m long.

Hosnasand on Stokkøya, one of the finest beach in Trøndelag.

Time to go home from this beautiful island and to finish these tiny dangerous coastal roads!

But before home we visit Stordalsfossen in Åfkord, a very popular waterfall and river to salmon fishers.
