Yeah, don't look too far into the murals seen in the renderings. The advertisements on the side of the building are controlled by the company that is leasing the ad space from Broderick Tower. They can change the advertisement as often as they want.
The Wyland mural on the side of the Broderick Tower has a lease that expires in 2097, so that's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Sorry to dig up an old thread but since there is some news on the Broderick I figured I would throw it in here instead of making a new thread.
There is a tax credit pending for the building and Fred Beal (president of Motown Construction Partners L.P. and J.C. Beal Construction Inc.) said the rehab could get started in 3 months.

More info on that same issue...Tax Credit passed legislation and is now on it's way to Granholm...Could be very exciting....
