Not sure what is going on with the CNL Canopy project (haven't seen much movement) but I know the City is moving forward with a stormwater master plan for the portion of the property that they purchased.  City purchased that property in order to put in an electric transmission line, and has decided to develop the property.  It'll be interesting to see if they can manage to go through all of the loop holes growth management and the other City/County agencies make you jump through.
