I've never understood the Connecticut System...why is UConn not part of the state university system and why are the community colleges not considered a part of the system. In NY everything public is SUNY (except CUNY in NYC) regardless of whether its a Community College, a University like Binghamton or a liberal arts college like Geneseo.

What the hell would they name it? "Southern... um... Western... um... SouthWestern Connecticut State University"
