Aside from a couple of picture threads, I don't really see any threads devoted solely to Augusta in the Georgia forum.

What would you Augustans like to see as your subtile to this forum?
for example:

Atlanta's is: The Atlanta Metro
Georgia's is: The Peach State

Many cities use their nickname or a common phrase. We need to put something up there soon, so please give some input!

I think it can be either one or two things:

City Motto: "The Garden City" or

Region: Central Savannah River Area (CSRA)

Other rarely used region name: East Central Georgia but only the state govenment uses such a classification.

Metro Augusta is also uncommonly used and "The AUG" is used in the same context as "The ATL"
