Huh. I like the little logo that comes in the form of sidewalk art. Some concrete has already been poured, so this should move rather quickly now.

It appears that there are now several beams in the air... more beams is better than a few in my book

Drove by on the way home from work this afternoon - steel framing up to the third floor. The building looks nice and big for the site behind Cypress restaurant. I can't wait to see the finished exterior. It will bring a whole new character to the stretch of Tennessee St. Add Aloft and it gets interesting.

Sure is. Four projects in various stages of completion around downtown. Thats probably never happened before.

This building has topped out and now they are adding the beams for the roof.
