Also, I want to know everyone's opinion on what you think Dubai will build next.

They do have a very large hospital network being constructed right now.

The development is Healthcare City, which will include a Harvard Medical School Program, a 425 Bed Hospital, and countless other projects.

Good idea putting a topic over in the coffee house.  People really should take a look at what's going on in Dubai, it's truely amazing.

Dubai is already buiding Dubailand, which will be the worlds largest entertainment complex and 3 times the size of the Disney World Complex.

We've been discussing in the Dubai Forum that an observation tower is what Dubai needs. And to do it in Dubai style, it should be taller than the CN Tower in Toronto.

They will build a Dubai, Dubai, which is a miniature version of Dubai inside a dome.  It'll probably will have flying cars, too.

What about one of the worlds largest nature dedicated areas in the city, complete with a giant zoo and aquarium?

Dubai already finished a new Zoo that's petty nice that's cageless. I think Dubai is already building another zoo in the Dubailand development as well.

An amazing futuristic home featuring pet cleaning robots, ceramic floors with temperature sensors to maintain a constant temperature and superb voice recognition home management.

Sounds like Science Fiction doesnt it ?

Another Great Project announced for Dubai, an Opera House Development.

This will makes the second Opera House Development, in which the other is in the Dubai Pearl Development.

The entire development will include: libraries on music and culture, a music school, indoor and outdoor theatres, art galleries, a reception, ballet halls, a private jetty, a hotel and service and entertainment facilities.

The 3 million square feet opera house will be built on a man-made island in the middle of the Dubai creek. It will have a capacity to accommodate 2,500 people.

The opera house building includes libraries on music and culture, a music school, indoor and outdoor theatres, art galleries, a reception, ballet halls, a private jetty, a hotel and service and entertainment facilities.The 3 million square foot opera house will be built on a man-made island in the Creek. It will accommodate 2,500 people.
