Here's an update on the Dubai Lagoon Project.

80% of Dubai Lagoon launched before two weeks in the Dubai Investments Park (DIP) has been sold out. These residential units which are targeted for the middle to high middle income class have been a twist in the real estate sector of Dubai due to its unique 7-year finance payment plan.

Unbelievable  

This project was only announced not even a month ago.

Of course when something sells out this fast it means it was most likely bought by a few companies who plan to resell this to ordinary folks like us
