Well, since I consider this to be one of the best towers in Dubai I might as well make a thread for it:
Ultra-futuristic. Architects are SOM

Another render (that's the burj dubai behind although a little too thin). Aswell, there are more towers planned for that area as you can see but this render's only a rough idea.

Great Work Malec!!

I wish they would have gone with the one in the middle, because it looks more sleaker. It's still a very nice development though. Has construction started yet?

I actually prefer the 2nd one. Agree that the 3rd looks better from a distance but it's the details that make this tower amazing. Just look at the base for example. It would be great just to stand directly under it.

It would be quite amazing to stand under it.

So is this primarily office space, with some condos on the top floors?

It looks pretty nice from what I can tell, but I don't think I'd like living that high up  :D .
