I always thought the Lake Towers were residential. If so, then this office development is kind of weird.

Nope it's mixed use.

Yeah, it definately has a south florida feel to it, along with most new developments in Dubai.

^^ Yes that's the one I was refering to. Could either be the same architect or else a cheap copy. Even if it is a cheap copy though, it really suits its location very well.
Another one. Usually in Dubai there are a good few towers already under construction but with no details. Here's the picture of a new one's signboard:

It's definately got a Mid-East feel to it, I like the point at the top.
