Here's a pretty large tower being developed in Kuwait City. The Central Bank of Kuwait will be a 40 Floor Highrise devoted only to office space. The last I heard, the tower had been approved, and I'm not sure if construction has started yet.

Interesting design, with the blue glass on one side and a more tradtional looking white on the other two with a little blue peeking out near the top.

It kind of reminds me of the Transamerican Pyramid building in San Francisco.

Yeah but I think this looks a lot more interesting, in my opinion at least.

I also really like the traditional exterior on three sides, and the great looking glass exterior on the last side.

I thought it was four sides too when I first saw it but after looking at it more closely I think it's just got three sides.

Yeah I think the perspective in that first rendering just makes it look like it's going to be a four sided building.

^I see it now. I didnt notice that it was facing diagonally earlier, so I just assumed there would be a 4th side.

I think my favorite aspect of this building is that it's facing the sea.

With this being nearly 4 months ago... do we have any updates? How's the foundation work coming? Or have they begun to raise the steel?
