I've got some info. on a Trump Hotel being developed in Dubai.

The Trump International Hotel and Tower is suppose to be around 50 Floors in a gold-colored, lotus shaped building. The Hotel will sit on the main trunk of the Palm Jumeirah. I don't have a lot of info on this project, but I do know that Trump will be building a tower over in Dubai.

Here's a Pic:

Yeah I remember seeing that pic.  Or I guess that's just a small section of the pic I've seen in one of the other topics.

Looks interesting, and it looks like a great project. Though I wish Trump would come up with a differnt name. Almost every building he has built in the last few years is "Trump International Hotel and Tower ____"

The building looks like a big gold bug.  Can't he do something better?  The name repetition is also getting tiresome.

It sure is a beautiful looking building though.

The name really should have mid-east ties or be in Arabic in some way.

This is what replaced the pinnacle (now al burj) after it was moved to the waterfront

Yeah, I remember Al-Burj went to the waterfront.

Any ideas on exact height of this hotel?

I've heard 340M, to 30 Floors, but I'm not sure about it.

Here's another rendering that shows the sheer size of this project.

This is actually probably under 200m and has 38 floors.

Here's a night render of Trump Tulip Tower. It's a bit much but it was a guarantee they would do this :D

I don't think I'd want an apartment right next to that tower, if it's that bright.

I doubt it'll be that bright.

Don't think this tower's that bad actually. The palm jumeirah is the only location really where this could look good. Anywhere else and it would be crap but it somehow fits the palm jumeirah.

^It's a beautiful tower, and I think you're right about it being on the Jumeirah as the best location.

I couldn't see this fitting in on SZR Road or Business Bay.

^I like it more from that angle, near the water.
Though I agree, if it is that bright I wouldn't want to live near it.

Yeah I don't think it will be quite that bright.  If you look closely you can see some streaks on the roads representing vehicles.  I guess the rendering is supposed to represent a long exposure photo.  Not sure if this is to my liking to be honest.  But maybe I'd just have to get some more views of it

The monorail is reported be under construction, though apparently it is not rendered 100% correctly. This thing is cool!!

I like the new renders, but the old ones looked more spectacular to me.

new renders are amazing, definately something I would love to see being finished.  Also how does dubai get so many unique towers?

The rendering in the middle is misleading.  It has you thinking that  two little skinny buildings are supposed to support that big thing at the top.

The renderings do look that way. Maybe they are supporting it, no?
