Another Tall Residential Tower planned for the Dubai Marina. The Najd Tower will be 82 Floors and all Residential. As far as I know, this one is under construction, but I don't have any construction pics, just a model of what it's suppose to look like.

It seems that alot of the new residential buildings in Dubai have very similar looking spires on top of them.

What are you talking about Nate?  This spire is obviously oblongated compared to the other spires.

^The Spire really has that Middle East Architecture Flair to it.

I'm glad they chose to design the spire like that.

I wish all new projects came with a nice model like that. I think its awesome!
