Here's one under construction called the Rose Rotana Suites, which is suppose to be a 72 Story, 333 Metre Building which will be a New Tallest Hotel, which will pass up the current World's Tallest of the Burj Al Arab also in Dubai.

The building will consist of 535 furnished apartments. A 9 storey car park will be connected to the building by a pedestrian bridge.

Yes, it's one of my favorite buildings for Dubai.

It's a very sleek looking building, and should fit in very well.

Now that I look at the rendering of the building again, it reminds me of a giant rocket.

This is a great infill project that will add density to SZR Road.

It's around half way done, so it should be finished by the end of the year.
