I've heard about this development that would include a 150 Floor Supertall Hotel and a 60 Floor Mixed-use Project.

Anybody else have anything on this project, even if it's been approved or under construction?

This is a project with about 30 to 40 towers and one centrepiece tall tower. There are a few problems with this one. First of all we've been told there will be new height restrictions due to the proximity of the airport so this'll bring down the heights by a lot! Also it's waaaaay too cramped.

Park Lane tower's the only tower released so far. We don't really know what's going on. Either this project will go ahead as planned, or else the company are in deep crap!

I heard it was going to be nu.3 in Dubai's Skyline.

That looks like its going to be an interesting development!
