Ever wondered what it would be like to live in the future ?

Welcome to Dubai...............

Omniyat Properties ( A member of Almasa Holdings, Kuwait Oil Family ) has announced a futuristic Dirhams 294 million ( $ 79.9m ) 30 storey project that has been under wraps for quite some time.

Have you wished you owned a house where your robotic pets will clean the house for you ? Or a voice regonition system that will control everything from opening the front door, appliances, curtains, lights and plasma tevisions to your pet robots that clean your house.

The amazing union of futuristic architecture with state of the art technology means Omniyat will soon change the way life runs in their projects !

They even have ceramic floors in Omniyat homes that detect temperatures from the foot of your sole and maintain a comfortable 78 degrees Fahrenheit all year long.

This is one amazing project and shows great potential for the future of Dubai.

Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2006 and completion is scheduled for early 2008, although buyers enquiries have already begun coming in.

Omniyat's website does not feature much details yet but promises of more future projects.

Is this One Business Bay by any chance? No render yet but should be out in a few days. It's designed by Norman Foster so should be pretty good.

I've heard talk about something like this in Tokyo but I have to admit I don't know if it was ever built or not.

If I had to guess it would be higher than $350,000 but I'm not sure how high.
