I think this development is the perfect scale for that area of Michigan Avenue. I hope the iron looks as good in life as it does in the renderings too.

The iron (I'm not sure what type of metal it is, it very well could be iron), actually looks kind of flimsy.

Very nice! I've haven't been able to get to Lansing in a few months and was hopeing someone would take some new pictures. The building looks great.

I drove by this development a couple of weeks ago and was impressed with how things have turned out.  It would have been nice to have something a bit taller, but then again it's a lot better than the parking lot that was there before.

Thanks, LMICH!!

This is such a huge, yet baby step toward what needs to be done along the Michigan Avenue corridor all the way to MSU.  It can be done, though obviously over many years.  This development looks of high quality and I think that is an attraction in itself.  Hopefully, nearby property values will feel a nice uptick in the near future.

Now, just get rid of the wires, replace them with poles, and plant some trees and we'll be ready to roll!  Oh yah, and make room for that light rail line. ;)

Looking good:

My only complaint about this building is the windows on the corner are just too small. They don't fit in.

I took a whole bunch of pictures, today, including the Stadium District.  It was a very "Lazy Sunday."  I think the Fifth-Third logo looks really tacky above the entrance, to tell you the truth.
