There all giant investment projects from foreign investors that consist of large skyscrapers.

There's Media City, Internet City, Maritime City, International City, etc

As far as I know media city is a freezone area

The left one looks pretty booring, but the right one looks futuristic, can't wait to see that one.

^^yea! I was going to say the same thing. It really reminds me of the Shang-ri la Hotel approved for Miami's, Watson Island.

I think Dubai will become a Miami South Beach feel city but not with all the clubs and alchol.
