I don't have a link, but I do seem to recall seeing an 'open house' and resident move-in announcement for the Lofts in the Democrat this past weekend so I ASSume the units are ready for occupancy. I also noted that the units (each b/t 850-900 sq. ft. based upon the announcement) are still being advertised as starting in the high 180's (and I'm not sure what the monthly condo association fees run) which leads me to believe that this building may be just as dark as the Tennyson and Gameday Center for a while to come

I actually went by on Sunday to check out the project. It seems as though all that is left is all minor superficial stuff such as the entry build out, some painting, etc. The lobby is great. Very warm and inviting. Far better lobby that the Tennyson and Tallahassee Center. Imagine, they actually have a nice place for your guests to sit and wait for you!!
The model they were showcasing was a different layout from the one featured on the PoH last year. Its a far better design if you spend time in the kitchen. I overheard some people talking and I think they said the condo fees were ranging from $200-$250. I guess if you were able to negotiate a better price, those wouldn't be too bad. Mastry seems pretty charming, so I bet he could negotiate some with the owners.
Great project, glad to see it finishing up!
