I figured I'd go ahead and create a Topic for Willowbrook Farms as it may come to pass after all. Willowbrook Farms will be an 80-acre mixed-use in southwest Bentonville. There will be a meeting of minds involved to see if Bentonville and Centerton can settle property rights since the development would fall under Centerton's water district and the roads would fall under Bentonville's road district. Neither city wants to be responsible for the infrastructure the development would require. They want to keep it out of court as there are already 3 lawsuits under way regarding an 1,800-acre annexation election between Centerton and Bentonville.

It would certainly be great to see more mixed-use buildings up there in that area.
