I wanted to start a thread for Greer Memorial.  Works is well enderway on the Retirement Village and Site work is being done for the hospital.  The hospital is designed to look like a train depot.

I met with the super from BE&K last week on this project.  This is going to be a $60,000,000.00 project...  nice. Thanks for the Renderings.

Thanks for the rendering btoy!   :thumbsup:   This is such a large development....it's going to have shops, restaurants, etc along with all the medical, correct?  Anybody know the total dollar value of this development?  Up there with Riverplace?

The walls have started going up on the Hospital.  Also as you can see in the photo, the nursing home cottages are well underway.

Thanks for the update.  This is really taking shape!  I noticed the Village on Pelham on the other side of 85 is really moving full steam ahead also.

Multiple areas of this campus are under construction and some look to be near completion.  The assisted living area looks to be 100% complete.  Steel continues to rise on more buildings in the main hospital area.  Anyone know when construction of the retail component will start?

Construction is slated to start in March 2012 for a new $8.7 million, two-story building at GHS's Greer campus according to the Greenville News. The building will span about 35,000 square feet with most of the first floor leased by Cancer Centers of the Carolinas. Other medical offices will occupy the second floor.
