Jennings Island on Clear Lake

Came across this in Ziegler Coopers Architects website, not much info but the towers appear to be ~23-stories tall.

I dont know if I like the idea of towers on Clear Lake. I wish they would put up a new height restriction or something. Buildings like that seem so out of place in the suburbs, especially the Bay Area.

Endeavour Holdings, who is the developer of Endeavour Clear Lake, has more projects in the works for the area. They plan to begin construction on Endeavour Parkside, a 20-story 125 unit project, in December. They are planning to make announcements for new projects in the coming months.

This is the Endeavour Parkside project that is planned at 34-stories and 146 residential units. It was scheduled to begin construction in Dec. 2006.


The Jennings Island project (post #2) is planned to be 20-story twin towers with a total of 210 units. Still haven't seen a timetable for construction.

Another project planned in Seabrook is the Marriott Apollo which will be 17-stories.
