The depatrure of the Rainforest Cafe is something to be celebrated.  Perhaps something better will be moving in there.  Tiffany & Co.is always a good sign.  Have you got any picyures of the mall?

Other stores recently posted on TTC's website coming soon to the first and second floors currently being remodeled are BCBG, Sephora, Abercrombie Kids, & Zumiez.

Burberry is also coming to the mall. Maybe this rumor about Tiffany & Co. may be true.

I didn't see any listing for Burberry on this link.

In general, I think the better place for luxury boutiques in this mall should be on floors 3 and 4.  Seeing the new look of floors 1 and 2 and comparing them to floors 3 and 4 tell me that they are pushing a younger, "fashion-forward" clientele for the former, as the website states (example: A&F moving to Floor 2).  Floors 3 and 4 feel luxurious with skylights, more plants, white accents, balconies which seems to cater to a more mature clientele where you've got Banana Republic, Gap, and then more family oriented types of retailers.

I'd like to see Kenneth Cole, Lucky Brand, and Lacoste.

It was on that link then it went away and now it's back. It's also been added to the store directory page along with Lush and The Cheesecake Factory.

Burberry, Pottery Barn, PF Changs, The Cheesecake Factory, and Crate and Barrel opened yesterday at TTC.  In addition to what's already been mentioned in this thread, Louis Vuitton and Lacoste are coming in summer 2009.  Tiffany and Co has yet to make an announcement.

Rainforest Cafe has closed at Towson Town Center. It was located in the "luxury wing" of the mall and the closure will create more space for additional high-end retailers, as mentioned in a Baltimore Sun article. In regards to Tiffany & Co., I work at the mall and my boss told me that they are opening in 09, I'm assuming they will occupy some of the empty space left by Rainforest Cafe.

Was shopping at TTC over the weekend and saw that Louis Vuitton will be opening next month.

Well when I was at the mall on July 5, signage read August 2009 as the opening date.

The store actually opened on Wednesday July 8, 2009.

Tiffany and Co is coming to Towson Town Center. June 2010 is the target date. It was announced this past Friday at a private event.
