spc. I must say if that's the case, then I'm a little disappointed in the height. I rarely if ever tend to notice the courthouse building in terms of height. Do you? On that subject, I think a fatal flaw in that courthouse bldg. was having it face Adams. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful entry area especially w/the live oaks on Adams, but honestly how many times do folks ever see that view? Seldom I'd think. I believe that Monroe is the main street, so why would you put your back door (actually there isn't one) facing it? I'm not a fan of the "bunker" look we get from this building on Monroe. I think having the bldg. face Monroe would have added to the liveliness of Monroe, you?

spc, if Aloft will be approx ten feet taller than the CH, will be it taller or shorter in your opinion than the Radisson/Park Place/Hotel Duval up the street on Monroe?
