check this out.  looks like the duke power building has finally been sold.  Condo towers are planned for the location!  :)

Sounds like Atlanta And Charlotte have something in common {Novare}
Looks like they are going to be as aggessive in Charlote as they are in Atlanta.
I would not be surprise to hear they are going to do a project or 2 on the South LRT.

Wonder when they'll give out more info. I hope they make all 3 towers different heights like a 20/40/60 or 25/35/45. Maybe im getting ahead of myself but this project seems like it'll be huge.

I'm guessing 40/20/40 like centenial park. who knows tho, I would definately love a 25/35/45. I don't think 60 would happen, novare is smarter than that

Today was such a nice day. Like 83. I think the duke project will be announced after TWELVE construction begins and before TWELVE is finished. When do yall expect an announcement?
