Just announced,
Over 300 being layed off at Itron in Oconee County.

It's all John Castile's fault. You win some, you lose some. I'm sure we'll survive. 189 of the workers that are losing their jobs were hired as temporary staff so they knew what was coming and they won't be laid off until August and September: http://www.independe...-in-west-union/ And since when is Oconee County a part of Greater Greenville anyways?

In talking with a Bi-Lo exec today, seems corp jobs are starting to trickle their way from Greenville down to Jacksonville.  Expect some not so good news when an announcement comes out late summer about a large cluster of job moves / job loss.
