I lived in Wien eight years ago (university exchange program) and would love to live there again. I have two graduate degrees, one in Public Administration (Government) and the other in Urban Planning.

How easy is it for an American Citizen to get a work visa in Austria?
Are non-Austrian citizens allowed to work for the Austrian government or the City of Wien?
Any recommenadations on organizations/businesses I should target for employment given my educational experience?
