Moog music has announced it is moving its headquarters to the old warehouses at 160-170 Broadway.  35 employees doing manufacturing, sales, and marketing, plus a showroom.

I don't like that they're planning on razing one, maybe two of the buildings for parking.  I wish they had been more explicit about which one's definitely going.  Some of those buildings aren't all that great by themselves, but it still will be a shame to break up a continuous block of buildings for a parking lot.  Razing two of the four for parking seems crazy.  

But I'm glad to see these buildings being put to use.  Sounds like it will be great for that strip, and downtown in general.

Great news! hopefully it will spark other developments in that area
