There is a City of Columbia sign in the window of the Game Stop at Santee & Blossom listing the property as up for re-zoning to be used as a restaurant. Does anyone know what it could be?

It's for a yogurt shop.  I guess the game store didn't make it.

Another yogurt shop?  Hopefully it will be a different concept from Frutti Cup.

As one of the three employee's at FruitiCup, i wholeheartedly agree.  Plus were closing up for the winter in a few days, and if this place is open by the spring we may not even re-open is my best guess.

Whatever the market supports suits me.  If that's not yogurt shops, fine.  Where is Frutti Cup?

It is directly across from Sharky's, in between Good for the Sole, the also closed nail salon and high life smoke shop.

The "also closed" phrase is an adjective describing only the second object of the prepositional phrase "in between."

Waffle House in Five Points? Brilliant. I hope they make it a larger variety (if such a thing exists) to hold all the people.
