New numbers for Downtown

The Downtown council released their newest numbers for Downtown today...

Population: 16,170 (15,100 in 2004/13,000 or less in 2000)
Units: 10,237 (7,330 in 2000)
Units Under Construction: over 1,500
Density: 5,576 ppsm
Ave. Income: $61,491
Employees: 100,000
Money spent on redevelopment: $4.2 billion
Hotel Rooms: 3,538 (Metro hotel rooms: 26,385)
Retail Establishments: 535
Restaurants: 181
Galleries: 51
Nightclubs: 29
Retail Services: 119
Shopping: 155
Supermarkets: 1 (under construction)

Heh, 29 night clubs and one supermarket, now there's a ratio.....
