The article basically talked about the overhauling (inside and out) at the tower, in an effort to boost occupancy and keep their Class A leasing status. As well as image polishing and creating a bigger public mindshare as Campbell Mithun (not Piper Jaffray)...new identifiers, interior woodwork, skyway connections, restaurant etc.

Personally, I've taken a huge liking to the recent uplighting of the stair-stepped apex of the building. Looks excellent at night, from all angles. It adds a perfect balancing touch to the night skyline.
