a piece from an article in today's PROJO:
"GeoNova Development Corp. was given final approval by commission two weeks ago to design the 29-acre property into a New England-style village called East Pointe, estimated to be completed by 2012. The $200-million project proposes to turn the former brownfield into 495 townhouses, lofts and condominiums, as well as offices, shops and restaurants. A 150-slip marina may later be included. "
PROPOSED: East Pointe, mixed-use
