^That's awesome, its good to see all this activity going on in the city. BTW is there a convention center there in Anchorage now or will the one being built be the first? Also, any news on ANC's possible 2nd tallest?

I really like the rendering for the JL Tower. I can't wait until that one is complete. Urbanguy, I know it's a couple months away, but I'm going to Anchorage in August and I'm going to find out once and for all what's going on with that tower. But maybe mthq can give us an update before then too.

The proposed Peach Tower - The proposed 24-floor mixed-use Peach Tower will be located directly across from the Performing Arts Center on 5th Avenue. The project will provide housing units, enclosed parking and retail commercial space for Downtown.

Ive done a bit of research but was wondering if anyone could supply any more insight into the project. My question is will the Key Bank Plaza Tower be demolished in order to make room for this building?
Thanks
