The vision for this design attempts to create two tower forms which visually interact with each other as they move upward into the sky creating a dynamic Gateway to the development. Each tower begins at the base as a rectangular floor plate from which the main and side façade twist inwards toward the central plaza. The rear and minor side façade remain at a right angle with each other as this is where the core is located. The resulting play of two minor facades remaining at a right angle while the other two major facades twisting inward will create a dynamic ‘dueling’ interplay of two tower forms that will be strong, unique and unmatched in Kuwait.

The Kuwait Business Town (KBT) project will be located in the downtown area of Al Mirqab. It will be built on more than 11,000 square metres of prime real estate to create a business community in Kuwait City along the lines of mini cities in Dubai and Qatar, but on a smaller scale. The space allocated to office buildings will be divided into different plots ranging from 100 square metres to 1,000 square metres, to cater to the needs of small, medium and large companies. There will also be separate multi-storey parking lots, as well as parking spaces for each individual office building, bringing total parking area to 70,000 square metres to accommodate all prospective tenants and their clients, in addition to visitors of the commercial outlets. Gensler Associates is the main architect on this scheme.
