What exactly is in the water down in Connecticut that makes these mayors abuse drugs, take kickbacks, molest children, etc, etc??  (I know, I know, it happens other places too)

But Bridgeport has enough isssues that it shouldn't have to deal with this...

In my opinion, he has been a decent mayor.
So he abused some alcohol and cocaine...
He has admitted his problem, has seeked out therapy for it...

I guess it coudlve been alot worse, he didnt spend tons of city dollars on it.....I hope...
