Pomeroy Investment Corp. recently purcahsed the 14-story One Commodore building and plans to convert it into a mixed-use building with residential, office, and retail/restaurant space. The building, located at 800 Brazos St., will be known as Brazos Place and will feature about 80 condominiums on 8 floors. Work on the building will begin this summer and be completed in mid-2007.

Came across the website for Brazos Place. From the rendering, it looks like they dropped the roof ornamentation that is in the initial rendering.
